Shaolin Heroes is a documentary-style entertainment program produced by Metronome/Banijay. The show follows nine celebrities as they embark on a transformative journey, staying at a traditional temple where they train their minds and bodies under the guidance of two masters. Through martial arts and meditation, the participants explore discipline, patience, and inner peace.

Season 2 was filmed at Yongmunsa Temple in Yecheon, Gyeongsangbuk-do, South Korea, offering an immersive setting that blends deep-rooted traditions with stunning natural landscapes. As the local production partner, Mutual provided essential support, including location scouting, on-site logistics, and production assistance.
